There are thousands of acne removal treatment and products but what is the really the most effective treatment out of all?

If you have been reading Acne Healing Blog, you will know that I do not really support over the counter products or antibiotics because they cause long term side effects or worse, they do not produce the results.

Most of us follow the traditional way of trying to cure acne. We either buy over the counter acne products or visit the dermatologist. If you are the lucky few, these methods may work for you.

I had tried both methods and sadly both of them failed to cure my acne. This led me to try to find the most effective acne removal treatment.

I stumbled upon alternatives treatment that works by healing the inside of our body instead of treating the outside. What do I mean? Most of the time, products such as creams and gels only work on your acne which is the symptom (outside). However alternative treatments treat the body from the inside so that acne does not occur again.

I will share with you some acne removal treatment tips to help you win the battle against acne.

1. Manuka Honey

Manuka honey with UMF of 14+ has a high anti bacteria properties which is the natural enemy of acne. You can either eat a tea spoon daily which is beneficial for health or apply it on your acne.

2. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is one of my favourite "acne cream". It is natural, have high anti bacteria properties and treat inflammation well. However sometimes when I over use it, it tend to turn my skin a little reddish but usually it always get the job done by getting rid of the acne.

3. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is one of the important tools in acne removal treatment. Adequate amount of it will ensure that our body will have a strong immune system that will help fight against acne.
